Private Bathroom: Tub & Shower Combination In Room Mini Refrigerator, Each of our cabins comes equipped with a drip coffee maker, along with pre-portioned coffee and filters tailored for your convenience. Additionally, we offer creamer and sugar to enhance your coffee experience. Should you have a preference for a particular brand or coffee accessory, feel free to bring your own along for your stay. Common Area Deck, Parlor, and Dining Room. The historic Brownstone Inn was built in 1895 and served for many years as the original headquarters of Ozarka Water Bottling Co. In the 1980's, the property was converted to lodging and has continued operation ever since. Conveniently located across from the train on Main Street in Eureka Springs, the heart of downtown is a flat and easy one mile walk from the Inn. No Pets Accepted. Guest access Common Areas: There are many great spaces around the Brownstone. If you are wanting some space to socialize, please use the large outdoor deck and the Parlor room. The Parlor room is located in the center of the top floor. The Parlor includes a living room, dining room and kitchen. This room is a perfect gathering space for small groups traveling together. The kitchen is a self-serve amenity, all guests are welcome to use the stove, microwave, Keurig, and fridge.
