This cozy apartment accommodates up to 5 people. It is the ideal place for those who want to enjoy Balneário with family and friends. The space Large gourmet balcony with barbecue. Integrated living/dining rooms, with dining table and 50" Smart TV. 1 double suite, with split air and TV. 1 single bedroom with double bed and split air. Full social bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with various utensils available to prepare meals. Laundry with washing machine and place to dry clothes. 1 private parking space. Guest access Residential and family building, with an excellent location. The building is on Rua 1822, a very busy area, the most central part of the city. The street of the apartment is very quiet, with little car traffic. Close to markets, bakeries, pharmacies, restaurants and popular shops (street vendors). Well-lit and safe area. Other things to note NO SMOKING. 220V POWER GRID. To avoid misunderstandings, before booking, check if our space has your profile; the apartment is in a residential condominium, with a family atmosphere. Rules of coexistence must be respected to maintain harmony with everyone. Registration: All guests and visitors must be registered with their full name and ID to be cleared for entry into the condominium. Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is from 3 p.m. and check-out is by 10 a.m. If there are no guests departing on the same day of your arrival, we can make your entry more flexible, after 10 a.m. (SEE AVAILABILITY). The same guideline applies to the departure; if there is no family arriving on the same day, we can make the time more flexible, until 2 p.m. (CHECK AVAILABILITY). Late checkout: For an extra fee you can stay in the apartment until 9 p.m. (CHECK AVAILABILITY). PETS: Check feasibility. We love receiving pets! Here are some guidelines: - The pet needs to be trained to relieve itself on the hygienic mat - Damage to the floor, furniture or bedding will be charged - Pets must not be left alone in the apartment for long periods - When circulating through the common areas of the building, such as elevators, entrance hall or garages, care with safety and hygiene must be redoubled. During your stay, constant cleaning of your pet's needs is mandatory. At checkout, if you have Pet needs in the apartment, an extra cleaning fee will be charged.
