Located just a 2-minute walk from the centre of Llívia, it is ideal for a getaway with family or friends. With space for up to 8 guests, you’ll find comfort and impressive views over the valley. Key features: - Space for 8 guests: This house has one single bedroom and two double bedrooms with double beds. One of them has an en-suite bathroom, offering privacy and comfort. Upstairs, there is also a very comfortable sofa bed. - 3 bathrooms: To ensure all guests have their own space and comfort, the house has three bathrooms, so there will never be queues in the morning. - Nearby parking: Don’t worry about parking; right next to the house, you’ll find a public car park where it is very easy to find a space. - Spectacular views: Enjoy your meals on the balcony, with direct access from the living room, a table for 6 people and unbeatable views over the Cerdanya Valley. It is the perfect place to disconnect and enjoy special moments. - Private garden: On the ground floor, the bedrooms open onto a spacious private garden. It can also be accessed directly from the terrace via the side stairs.
