Cottage in Lincolnshire

Our Grade II listed lodge, built in 1779, is extremely unique and has undergone a sympathetic restoration to bring it back to its former glory. It is single storey and has been generously furnished and equipped with everything you need for a fantastic luxury, self catered getaway. The Lodge has a large lawned private garden with a patio, furniture and wonderful views. It is set in the beautiful village of Brattleby in rural Lincolnshire just 10 minutes drive from the historic city of Lincoln. The space ** UPDATE - our large garden is now fully enclosed** Our lodge is set on one ground floor level so great for access for those with disabilities. We also have an easy access walk in shower and off road parking immediately next to the property. Our 250 year old lodge has some low door thresholds compared to modern properties. Bedrooms - our double bedroom has a large double bed and our second room has 2 single twins. Guest access Guests have access to the whole property and grounds without restriction or interference. The property is not overlooked. Other things to note 2 medium sized well behaved dogs are welcome to say at the lodge. It is requested that they are not allowed on to any furniture including beds. The property is no smoking. A hot tub can be arranged by us from local hire company (subject to availability).
