From the HOT TUB, admire the Pyrenees mountain range, the flight of the red kites, the Milky Way on summer nights, the deer that very often come to nibble on oak acorns, ferns and berries... The space The Gîte, which can accommodate up to 6 people, is ideally located, away from major roads but close to all amenities. 1 hour from Toulouse, Tarbes, Lourdes and Luchon, there is no shortage of activities. With hiking, biking, fishing, discovering small local farmers' markets, cultural visits, historical heritage, proximity to skiing in winter (less than an hour from the resorts: Le Mourtis, Luchon Superbagnères), you will recharge your batteries by spending a vacation in the countryside, both dynamic and rich in memories. The Cités de Saint-Lizier and Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, with remarkable heritage, are 40 minutes from the gîte. The spa town of Salies-du-Salat and its casino are 15 minutes away, as is Saint-Gaudens. The villages of the Piémont can be discovered in 30 minutes, including Aspet and its Wednesday and Saturday markets. The cottage has a large 14 m2 bedroom (140 cm bed), a 55 m2 living/dining room/kitchen, overlooking a large terrace with views of the Pyrenees. The cottage also consists of a 9.50 m2 bedroom (140 cm bed), another 7 m2 bedroom with pull-out beds (2 90 cm beds), and a laundry area. Two toilets, one separate, another in the shower room which is 8 m2 are at your disposal. The accommodation includes 3 large terraces with different exposures, one of which receives the HOT TUB, (HOT TUB emptied, cleaned, water changed with each booking), which allows you to enjoy the outdoors at any time of the day! Vehicles are parked on the driveway after entering the gate. The attic and shed are still private areas, not accessible to guests.
