The Gîte Hubélise in Sepx welcomes you to the Comminges for a holiday in the countryside facing the Pyrenees! Relax in this quiet and stylish place, 4-star furnished tourist accommodation, perched atop a hill, on a wooded lot. From the spa, admire the Pyrenees mountain range, the flight of red kites, the Milky Way on summer nights, and the deer that often come to nibble on oak acorns, ferns and berries... 3 bedrooms, 2 people/bedroom, i.e. 6 people in total The space The cottage, which can accommodate up to 6 guests, is ideally located, away from the main roads but close to all amenities. Just an hour from Toulouse, Tarbes, Lourdes, and Luchon, there's plenty to do. With hiking, biking, fishing, exploring small local farmers' markets, cultural tours, historical heritage, and nearby skiing in winter (less than an hour from the resorts of Le Mourtis and Luchon Superbagnères), you'll recharge your batteries on a vacation in the great outdoors that's both active and full of memories. The towns of Saint-Lizier and Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges, with their remarkable heritage, are located 40 minutes from the gîte. The spa town of Salies-du-Salat and its casino are 15 minutes away, as is Saint-Gaudens. The villages of the Piedmont region can be explored in 30 minutes, notably Aspet and its Wednesday and Saturday markets. The Musée de l'Aurignacien (prehistory) and the Abbaye de Bonnefont are close to the gîte and make for wonderful discoveries for young and old alike! The accommodation is composed of two connected houses that have recently been renovated in a modern and welcoming style. The cottage has a large bedroom of 14 m² (bed 160/200 cm) for 2 people, a living/dining room/kitchen of 55 m², leading to a large terrace with a view of the Pyrenees. The gîte also consists of a 9.50 m2 bedroom (140/190 cm bed) for 2 people, another 7 m2 bedroom with pull-out beds (2 90/190 cm beds) for 2 people, and a laundry area. Two toilets—one separate, the other in the 8 m² (86 sq ft) shower room—are at your disposal. The property has 3 large terraces with different orientations, one of which houses the hot tub (hot tub emptied, cleaned, and water changed for each reservation), allowing you to enjoy the outdoors at any time of day! Near the SPA, you can use the bocce court and the loser has to do the dishes... Vehicles are parked in the driveway upon entering, after the gate. The attic and the shed are still private areas, not accessible to guests. The shed is being renovated to create a future fitness room, bike storage, and fishing area.
