It is designed with the industrial theme, whereby the decor is inspired by the outdoors. There is extensive use of wood, metals and moody colours. The apartment has a separate entrance with its own outdoor garden, barbecue facility, fire pit and hot tub. There is access to the main garden where the pool, lapa and boma are located.
