Romantic & Cosy New Forest Stable Block with Bikes

Dobbin’s Stable is a freshly renovated brick built stable block, one of two, located on a farm, which combines all the charm and character of a period building with the style and comfort of a warm and comfortable home. Set in the heart of the New Forest National Park, where ponies, donkeys, cows and pigs roam free, the walking and biking trails are literally on our doorstep, as is a fab pub, cafe and farm shop, and of course the New Forest itself. Borrow our complimentary push bikes too. The space Dobbin's Stable at Belle Vue Farm, New Forest, is a romantic, open plan, boutique space. With king sized bed, lounge area with sofa and TV, and kitchen complete with kettle, toaster, mini oven, induction hob, fridge, freezer, sink and dishwasher. The bathroom boasts a roll top bath with shower, and traditionally styled sanitary ware. The property comfortably sleeps a maximum of two adults, in a king sized bed on a raised platform. Please note one side of the bed is against the partition, and so access to the bed is from one side only. The neighbouring property; Winnie's Stable, also sleeps 2 adults and up to one infant, and so could be booked together with this property to sleep up to 5 guests (4 adults and 1 infant), see separate listing. Set in a courtyard, with its own seating areas, BBQ and Pizza Oven, shared only with 'Winnie's Stable' next door. There are also mountain bikes and helmets available to borrow. A footpath runs alongside the property which takes you directly into the open forest, and to one of the local forest pubs, the closest of which is just a three minute stroll away. There are many forest trails of varying length that can be accessed from the doorstep, either by foot or bike, we have plenty of maps and guides available to borrow, and we can also offer secure bike storage for those who wish to bring their own wheels. We are also situated in a perfect position to discover many local attractions, from the New forest Water Park, Stonehenge, Poulton's Park, several wonderful National Trust Properties, and the neighbouring towns and cities including Salisbury, Bournemouth & Poole, Southampton and Wimborne. There is so much to see and do, or perhaps you prefer to relax and enjoy the peace and beauty of your immediate surroundings. The choice is yours. Guest access Guests will be able to easily park within a private courtyard from which there is a pedestrian gate that directly accesses the footpath to the forest just a few steps away. There is a key box enabling self check in/out. Details to which will be sent on the day. Other things to note Although we are a B&B, we do not offer a cooked breakfast, but instead provide breakfast items as part of a welcome basket for use throughout your stay. For stays longer than 4 nights, we are very happy to replenish the basket as needed, please just ask. Please advise us of any dietary requirements upon booking. We have full fibre WiFi, comfortably achieving around 200mb/s.
