Other things to note We do allow smoking as long as it is done outside. We do not allow individuals under 20 years old to stay at The Beland. No pets allowed. It does take a few minutes for the hot water to reach the bathroom. The temperature in the room is controlled by a thermostat that is shared with a few other bedrooms.
