ABOUT THE ACCOMMODATION Charming 25 m² air-conditioned studio located a short walk from the village and a few km from Carcassonne. The accommodation is quiet and not overlooked and has its own private entrance. The studio is attached to our house. A 5.50*3.50 m (unheated) swimming pool will be reserved for you. A charcoal barbecue is available. It must not be moved. The space The accommodation has a sleeping area with a comfortable 160*200 bed, a TV with the BOX and free Wi-Fi access. You can cook in a charming equipped kitchen (fridge freezer, stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle). It also has a washing machine and dryer. It also includes a bathroom with shower and toilet and free toiletries. Towels and sheets are provided, as well as slippers. Guest access Guests have access to the pool as well as the terrace with a charcoal barbecue. Other things to note The studio is quietly located in a cul-de-sac. It has a private terrace not overlooked by its swimming pool. The studio is attached to our house. The barbecue must not be moved. Baby cribs, strollers and other baby equipment can be loaned upon request.
