It is also equipped with it's own washer and dryer as well as individually controlled thermostat to control A/C and heat for your convenience. We ask that you treat our place with respect and care while using any appliances and furnishings. Our kitchen is equipped with the following: toaster, coffee maker, tea pot, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, full size refrigerator, freezer, cups, glasses, utensils and cookware. The apartment is located on the first floor. Our rates are based on long-term reservations with all utilities and WiFi included. Off street parking is available for an additional $200 per month, must request during booking. Guest access Guests have access to the entire unit.
