One bedroom w/Prvt Patio SD,CA

This is as central to San Diego CA that anyone can be here in Northpark, SD. This is where all freeways of SD meet and crossover one another as they take you anywhere in the city proper. From this location you are a single bus trip to SD Zoo, SD Museums, SD Balboa Park & Botanical Gardens and theater Old Globe. All one bus ride 10 to 15 minutes. Then end of the line this bus route SD 7 &10 Transit Center to Downtown San Diego for shops, restaurants, shows, fishermen’s Wart, hotels etc… The space Guests will have their own bedroom with its own private patio area off this room. Which hosts a patio table that seats 6 and a charcoal BBQ Smoker Grill along with a few other patio chairs. The room has one Queen size bed and one Chase sofa along with towels and extra bedding and blankets should the need arise. Guest access The condo is open to my guests upon their arrival and stay. So feel free to use the kitchen and all it’s utensils one may need to prepare a meal or simply dine with there prepared food. Store if needed items in the refrigerator or feel comfortable to fix a meal for yourself at any time during your stay. Cozy on up in the living room and watch TV or sit back and enjoy some music and read a book while relaxing on the sofa in the living room area. The bathroom is located between the two bedrooms and plays host to both my guests and myself. Should I be in residence during your stay. I work out of town. And depending on my work schedule I may and or may not be here for your complete stay. But I’ll let you know what if any I’ll be around and if not. But I can always be reached 24/7 via phone should the need arise for my guests. FYI! During your stay I’ll let you know my work schedule upon your arrival and stay. And give you all the particulars of how to reach me should I not be here for your complete stay. Like my cell number and or a co host appointed to help in my absence if need be. You will be provided for completely to an answer should the need arise. Other things to note Guests should be aware of the use of the shower valve. And how it used to turn on and off the water. And that is to pull the handle to the shower out towards you to get the water going and to stop. Simply push the handle back in completely. To regulate the temperature of the water from hot to cold simply turn the handle right to hot and left to cold. And to use the tub one must retrieve a stopper from under the vanity cabinet. And push it in place of the tub to not allow the water to escape to fill. And turn the valve located at the bottom of the valve which water streams from when filling the tub. There you will see a small leveler that pulls up and down to allow the water to fill the tub from the shower head. And reverse to allow the shower head to then be used. Self explanatory.
