Welcome to Heliconia House! A beautifully designed and furnished self contained apartment nestled in the heart of Wooloowin, Brisbane. EXPLORE Brisbane - located just 10 minutes drive from Brisbane Airport and 6km from Brisbane City (5 train stops), with easy access to many of Brisbane's attractions via public transport (train 6 min walk) or by car. The space The apartment offers two large bedrooms each with a Queen size bed, a variety of pillows to choose from, gorgeous bathroom with rain head plus hand shower, and an open plan kitchen and living area, all beautifully appointed with everything required for a delightful stay. There is a magnesium pool available for use (shared with our family) and pool towels are provided. We aim to make your stay to be as comfortable as possible and provide basic amenities such as a variety of complementary teas, Nespresso coffee machine with organic coffee pods, water filter, milk, shampoo and conditioner, hand wash, hair dryer. Relax and enjoy free WiFi, Netflix, Stan on the smart TV. While there are no laundry facilities within the apartment, there is easy access to a washing machine and dryer on the same level - available upon on request. Ironing board, iron and clothes airer all provided. WHERE POSSIBLE ALL AMENITIES ARE ORGANIC, LOW TOX AND ECOFRIENDLY! Guest access Separate access to the apartment is via lockbox and entry down the side and rear of the house via a STONE PATH. If you have heavy suitcases, access via the front door can be arranged. Other things to note We live upstairs and will do our best to keep noise to a minimum during your stay. As Heliconia House is situated in a quiet residential suburb, and in consideration for our neighbours, we kindly request guests keep noise to a minimum "quiet time" from 10pm - 7am. We kindly request no high heels or rolling suitcases are used inside due to the softness of our timber floors. We also request no smoking. Please note, we can offer additional accommodation items for sleeping an infant, including porta cot and highchair, advanced notice is required.
