Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, it is 600 m from Place Duroc and 900 m from the train station. Shops, restaurants and bakery 2 minutes away. Downtown is a 5-minute walk away. Ideally located between Metz and Nancy, this is the perfect base for exploring the region. The space This completely refurbished studio offers a rare, modern and warm setting. The bright and carefully decorated main room includes a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, perfect for cooking like at home. The sleeping area features a comfortable double bed, a built-in dressing room with plenty of storage, and a swivel TV with TV channels and Netflix, ideal for relaxing. The accommodation is also equipped with high-speed internet access, ideal for teleworking. The bathroom includes a large shower, hanging toilet, towel rail and several storage spaces. Outside, enjoy a pleasant private space furnished with garden furniture, perfect for having a coffee in the sun, reading or simply admiring the banks of the Moselle. Guest access You will stay in a completely independent accommodation, with a completely private interior and exterior. A detailed check-in procedure, illustrated with photos, is available to guide you step by step to easily find the accommodation and settle in peacefully. Self check-in is simple thanks to the organization in place, but we remain available if you need any help or assistance.
