To the centuries-old stone walls, we've added modern comfort and a private patio, a year-round heated saltwater pool, and created a perfect family home for a vacation or weekend getaway. The space Casa das Libras consists of 2 floors. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom, a bathroom and an open space with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room, connected by glass windows to the private patio that has a gas barbecue and terrace furniture. This one does not have access to the outside. On the upper floor, there is a bedroom with a private bathroom. There is no house above the property, only to the side, as they are semi-detached houses. Each house is for the exclusive and total use of the guests. The pool is shared by 2 more houses in our complex. It is heated and treated with salt. In the space surrounding the pool, we have separate sun lounger areas for each of the houses. This area is fully fenced, overlooking the mountains and with total privacy to the outside. The house has a private and gated parking lot, with a wallbox for free use. The host does not live on the property. Guest access Our guests have full access to all the rooms in the house, which is for their full and exclusive use. Both the pool/garden and the parking lot are shared with two other houses in our complex. It is all sealed with stone walls and a gate, with total privacy from the outside.
