Drover's Quarter Building offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and natural beauty. Your private bedroom has a comfy queen bed+ single trundle bed, clean sheets, cozy blankets, & doona ensuring a restful night's sleep for up to 3 guests/room (additional charge applies to book the trundle bed). Unwind and connect with other travelers in the shared living space equipped with basic amenities and lounges to relax & watch the horses happily graze outside the window. The space Located within the 6,000-acre property of Chapman Valley, a cattle farm, camping ground, and horse-riding center. All 6 private bedrooms inside the building are identical in size and layout. You'll share the building with other guests. In the shared living space, there's a large dining table, a fridge, a microwave, a coffee/tea station, lounges, and books. You might see our horses have their brekky in your backyard (for your safety, please do not pat or go near them). Please note that the Drover’s Quarters building (where you’ll sleep), the camp kitchen building (where you'll cook), and the toilets/shower block (where you … you know …) are separate buildings, just a short walk (~50m) from each other. They are not adjoining buildings. You can explore our property trails by foot, (push bikes and 4wds - not provided), and horse riding. Guest access Parking space, shared living area, full kitchen, toilet/shower amenities, and the property trails to explore. During your stay We're not on site full-time so there might not be anyone to greet you when you arrive. We run a horse-riding center and campground as well, so our staff are either touring our guests or doing farm work. On the weekends, we usually have more staff so feel free to pop in at the office if you need assistance. (walking distance from your accommodation). Other things to note We will send you a message with directions on how to find the property, building, and entrance codes. Check your emails in the lead-up to your stay. Whilst the property is pet-friendly, pets are not allowed inside the Drover’s Quarters building. Fees apply for cleaning & repairs if we find that pets have been inside. The valley is home to other wildlife, you may be greeted by our friendly cattle and our campers' dogs/pets when exploring the property. Registration Details PID-STRA-58414
