Welcome to relax after a day in Åredalen's fantastic mountain environment. After relaxing in the sauna or hot tub, you can gather to cook together in the spacious kitchen and those who need some time to themselves can relax in one of the generous bedrooms. When we are not at home, we open up for more people to enjoy the place we love in a living home where everything practical is available for a simple existence. Winter: Check-in Sunday, 7 nights Spring, summer, autumn: Check-in Thursday or Sunday, 3 or 7 nights The space On the lower floor where you enter the house there is Living room with dining area for 6-8 people, stove, armchairs and TV. Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine and brewer, wine cooler, microwave, fridge and freezer. Bedroom with double bed Bedroom with bunk bed (140 cm + 90 cm) Bathroom with shower and sauna On the upper floor, there is Sofa corner and TV Bedroom with double bed and TV Bathroom with shower and washing machine with integrated dryer Outside there is Large terrace with table and benches, hot tub and gas grill Ski storage Parking with electric car charger Other things that are good to know WiFi Chrome cast (you bring your own TV channels) Firewood Things found in many homes (board games, cookbooks, kitchen utensils, candles, detergents, spices, etc.) Guest access As a guest, you have access to the entire property except for a combined dressing room and office that we keep private. The summerhouse outside is also private. Other things to note The house is located right by Duved's ski slopes, hiking trails and slalom slopes with ski in/ski out. By car or ski bus, there are plenty of both shorter and longer adventures nearby and, of course, Åre's lift system. You will be staying in the Hamre area, a 10-minute walk from Duved's city center with its shops, restaurants, train station, gym/tennis/paddle hall and health center. Most of what Jämtland has to offer is around depending on the season.
