Welcome to 'Comfortably Kleen" A short drive to everything St. Augustine has to offer. 2 miles to downtown, 6 miles to beach, and 5 miles to I-95. This is 1 of 2 rooms in my home. The space This listing is 1 of 2 short-term rented spaces inside my home, of which I offer both to solo-travelers. Therefore, you will share the bathroom with 1-other person if the adjacent room is occupied during the same time of your reservation. Guest access Bedroom, kitchen, & bathroom During your stay Never hesitate to call, text, or knock on my bedroom door if there's anything you need during your stay. Other things to note I prefer guests do not lounge/hangout in my living room and/or TV area. There's a TV, desk, and a comfortable space provided for guests in their reserved bedroom. This is my home and not everything will be "perfect." Whereas, nothing in this life is. I live in this home and I work 5-7 days a week. I have many guests who are greatly appreciative and recognize the time and an effort that goes into hosting "complete strangers" inside my home. I would appreciate, if you're looking to find something wrong, that you please not come here to be a negative force. It's very sad to even feel the need to include this in such a hospitable endeavor.
