The space The Beach House at South Beach is a stylishly appointed 3 bedroom 1 bathroom two level home best suited for families, couples or friends. The accommodation includes two master bedrooms with queen beds and one bedroom with a single size bed. One master bedroom is upstairs on the mezzanine floor taking in the ocean views and evening sunsets to be enjoyed from your own private balcony. The other two bedrooms are downstairs and include a bedroom with queen bed overlooking the rear garden and bedroom with single bed, desk and children's toys available for your use. Option to add another small single trundle which can be set up in any room of the home (*trundle is only guaranteed if requested at time of booking). All bedrooms have high quality plush beds with cotton/linen bedding. The open plan lounge dining area is perfect for relaxing and taking in the vistas of the park, ocean and lively atmosphere of South Beach. We provide board games for quality family time after a day at the beach, or if you'd rather chill and watch TV, you're all set with new smart TV including Netflix. Wifi is also available. The kitchen is set up for those that love good food and entertaining, with all the equipment and utensils you could possibly need. We have a fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toastie maker and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a reverse cycle air conditioning unit in the lounge for your comfort and fans available in all of the bedrooms. Open your windows in the evening to experience "the Freo doctor" aka the strong Westerly breeze to cool the house down. Outdoors, the front yard is set up to enjoy meals outside, watching the world go by. This is the perfect people watching spot. There is one bathroom with handheld shower and double vanity. We'll provide fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash for your stay. In the bathroom you will also find a washing machine and dryer available for your use. Toilet is separate. For your days out at South Beach, feel free to use the beach towels and sandcastle buckets/spades provided for your convenience.
