The space This updated OCEANFRONT cutie is located in the Iconic Atlantica One Building, it's your Clean, Cozy retreat to return to at the end of each beach day!! It offers a great, relaxing stay with 2 double sized beds, 1 bath, 1 Kitchenette, 2 guests closets, small sitting area for chatting with your love ones with coffee or a glass of wine in hand and looking at incredible ocean to make the best memories. It's a privately owned condo on the 3rd floor with INCREDIBLE VIEW. Large and Super clear LG 4k UHD Smart TVs ( Movie nights!! ), also new furniture, linens, towels, S.S. appliances, etc. so many upgraded goodies. Well maintained HVAC/Purified Air Flow, and air Filter is often changed. Lovely Kitchenette has everything you need to prepare Simple Meals. Attention: Some guests wanted to watch the ocean right from bed, so we moved one of the double beds into the living room instead of the couch, or you can call it a bedroom. Smart lock SELF check-in system, please go straight to the unit, the code will be provided the date your arrival. Please always make sure the door is locked by clicking the bottom ultra button before you leave the property. We follow Airbnb's enhanced cleaning protocol which was developed with experts guidance, clean and sanitize the space for each stay. (before check in and after check out) Excited about off season cuddle weather, cozy nights, warm blankets, hot chocolate around fireplace, and look at your Beautiful OCEAN!!! Must be clean and respectful guests!! This is NOT a hotel room but our personal vacation condo. We appreciate you-- Clean and Awesome guests!! Please bring your favorite Beach/pool towels, and beach chairs, or you can easily rent chairs and Umbrellas on the beach managed by the City. (05/30-09/05) Guest access Entire condo. We are in building 1—Small building ( more private) with an outdoor heated pool (most of times), our guests have full access to enjoy our year round indoor heated pool, hot tubs, Lazy river and outdoor pools in building 2. Free assigned parking lots across the street. Other things to note Our condo was designed with YOU in mind, we want to make a great vacation for you, and enjoy your time here as your second home. Top notch accommodation, central location to everything, and of course waking up to see the Ocean!! We believe you and your love ones will enjoy this home as much as we do.
