Conveniently located near public transport, a shopping centre, and the airport, making it the perfect base for exploring. The room comes furnished with a cosy queen bed, built-in wardrobe, and a dedicated bathroom nearby. Shared spaces include a fully equipped kitchen, living area, laundry, and relaxing outdoor patio. Enjoy a warm and welcoming atmosphere during your stay! Anja&Todd The space This is a quiet and smoke free home. Approx 10 mins walk to the train station, approx 15 mins car drive to the airport, 5 mins car drive to Carousel shopping centre and approx 20 mins car drive to the CBD. Don't feel like cooking - no worries. There is only a 10 min car drive to the coffee/restaurant strip in neighbouring suburb (Victoria Park) with a great variety of international cuisines. We like to greet guests in person and are always open for a chat during the stay. We are also flexible with arrival/departure times and will arrange early/late self check in/out if communicated in advance. Due to the proximity of the airport, the planes can be heard when taking off/landing. Guest access Private and lockable bedroom. Bedroom does not have air-conditioning, however there is a ceiling fan in the room. Dedicated bathroom is located right next to the room for your exclusive use for the duration of your stay. Shared areas include kitchen, living&dining, laundry and outdoor patio. Air-conditioning and TV are available for use in the shared living/dining area. Guests are welcome to use kitchen facilities and spend time with us in living and dining area. Laundry facilities are also available for guest to use if needed. Parking options are available, however are subject to availability and cannot guarantee. Street parking alternative is also available. During your stay Guests can contact me via text or phone.
