Private house for the whole family or group vacation or party, conference, meeting place near Helsingborg and Ängelholm. The house is located right by the train station in Kattarp. It takes about 15 minutes by train to Helsingborg and 7 minutes to Ängelholm. It takes about 45 minutes by train and ferry to Helsingør, Denmark and less than 2 hours by train to Copenhagen. 15 minutes by car to the beach and 10 minutes by car to the golf course. Playground is nearby as well as a vending machine. The sea with a sandy beach is only 11 km away. The space 3 bedrooms upstairs - 2 with double beds and 1 smaller with a single bed that can be made into a double, as well as a living room with a good social area. On level 1 there is a kitchen with a living room that can be divided with a room divider and can be used as an extra bedroom with a sofa bed. Toilet with shower, washing machine and dryer are on the first floor. If you want us to clean for you, there is a cleaning fee of SEK 500 that can be added. Guest access Guests can use the whole house. Free parking on site for 2 cars. Other things to note Extra bed for older children and crib are available at no extra charge. If there are more than 8 people, it can be arranged. Contact us at the time of booking. An additional fee will be charged. Newly-built large conservatory with 12-14-16 seats available for smaller gatherings and parties as well as the same number of seats in the wooden yard. Contact us for more info and availability.
