Our Leonhard apartment house was newly opened in May 2023. The 9 residential units were built in an ecological manner. A soundproofed 1-room apartment awaits you, which convinces with its modern and at the same time practical furnishings. Cleaning, including towel and linen changes, takes place approximately every two weeks during the stay. The space The approx. 22 square meter studios have a large double bed including bed linens and a 50 inch smart TV. In the room there is a fully equipped kitchenette with stove, fridge, oven, sink, dishwasher and cooking utensils. Each studio has a private bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. The balcony with seating makes the cozy apartment your very own feel-good place. Guest access The house has an open entrance area. The upper floors are easily accessible by elevator or via the staircase.
