The space BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS: Immerse yourself in the tranquil master suite, featuring a luxurious US-size king mattress (US-size king are longer than MX king mattress - a plus for taller guests). The master suite also includes a smart TV, an en-suite bathroom, reading lights, closet space, room darkening shades, ac, a ceiling fan and access to the balcony. The second bedroom also offers a US-size king mattress, a smart TV, reading lights, closet space, darkening shade, ac, ceiling fan and a gallery wall of unique, original art. The 2nd bathroom is located outside the 2nd bedroom. A twin air mattress is available, on request. Both bathrooms are thoughtfully customized, offering glass-walled showers with an adjustable overhead shower, as well as a convenient handheld shower. In both, you’ll find large bath towels, a hair dryer, a lighted magnifying mirror, Q-tips, shampoo, body wash, a remote wall fan & a first aid kit. LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN: Relax in our cozy and inviting living room, complete with a spacious sofa and chaise. A Scandinavian 'Poang' chair with an ottoman is perfectly placed to relax and enjoy a movie night on the smart TV with Blu-ray player, Netflix, etc. Enjoy our superb Marshall Stanmore III Bluetooth speaker streaming your playlist! Casa PAW San Pancho has a spacious feel, with white interior wood cabinetry and indirect sunlight that streams through for a bright and airy ambience. The multi-slider door opens up to our private balcony with north-facing views of Playa San Pancho, providing a gorgeous backdrop for indoor relaxing. The balcony remains protected from afternoon sun, making it an ideal spot to unwind. The multi-slider glass door provides a quiet space inside when closed. Cooking is easy in the kitchen, which features an oven, microwave, electric cooktop, dishwasher, toaster, blender, rice maker, waffle maker, refrigerator and freezer. You will also find a coffee mill, a 10-cup drip coffee maker, a Nespresso Essenza Mini (bring your own pods), a Sur-La-Table electric kettle, and a UV double-filtered water purification system on the kitchen faucet for your convenience. Seating at the kitchen counter includes 3 stools, and is perfect for quick meals or catching up on emails. A 4 person dining table on the covered balcony invites you to enjoy outdoor dining. These chairs are for the exclusive use of guests and you must wear your wristband to use. *For those who venture a bit further onto the beach we provide 4 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach towels, a Coleman hard cooler with ice packs, and a large sand mat. 2 yoga mats are available. *Complimentary laundry service for guests who have booked 6 or more nights *For children: Pack 'n Play, bedside cradle bassinet, baby bathtub, child swim safety vests, toddler toilet seat, pool floats, a highchair, basket of toys, easy carry napping cots for the beach, complimentary night diaper, swim diaper & cover for the pool, and exclusive use of the 'Casa PAW VIP' all-terrain beach wagon, perfect for towing kids on the beach or in town. All the child amenities are available on request and at no charge. *2 adult beach cruiser bicycles for use in San Pancho. Helmets are not provided. *Family games: soccer goal nets and a ball for the beach, basketball for a nearby court, a corn-hole game for the beach, chess, backgammon, Jenga, card games Casa PAW is single story and there are no stairs or elevator required to access it. There is a gently sloped wide pathway to our front door. Mobility impaired, elderly and families with kids will love the easy access. Our location within the complex offers ideal convenience to the pool and beach. Guaranteed 12 pm checkout time - we do not do same day turnovers at Casa PAW, allowing flexibility for our guests, and an opportunity to enjoy one last morning. You can request a 1 pm checkout. HOLIDAYS THAT BOOK IN ADVANCE: Dia De Los Muertos 'Day of the Dead' Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years San Pancho Music Festival - held the last Friday - Sunday in February. Spring break & Easter 'Semana Santa' November 1 to May 31 typically are booked 4-6 months in advance CASA PAW RULES: *Maximum guests is 4. A 5th, aged 8 or younger can be accommodated. *Outside guests and visitors are not allowed; service personnel such as private chefs and masseuse are allowed inside Casa PAW, with 24 hours prior notice and approval by the owner in advance. *Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside Casa PAW. *I kindly ask that children not use markers, paint or glue. *If your child is not FULLY potty-trained, please have them wear a diaper while sleeping. *Turn off a/c when you leave or if windows are open. *No animals/pets. *Please rinse sand using the outside shower. This helps protect our plumbing. *Please do not sit on the sofa or mattresses in a wet bathing suit or clothing. Quiet hours: 10 pm - 8 am. HOA RULES: *Wristbands will be provided to you on your arrival. This helps our security guards identify authorized guests. *Glass bottles are not permitted at the pool or gym. I provide plastic tumblers for the pool. *Refrain from reserving loungers with personal items for more than 1 hour. *Large inflatables are not allowed in the pool. I provide noodles and child floats. This is a shared pool and common courtesy applies. *Smoking is not allowed at the pool, gym, or lobby. Use of the gym is for age 13 and older. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at the pool and gym. *Toddlers who are not fully potty trained must wear a swim diaper in the pool. NO children under age 13 are allowed in the Jacuzzi at anytime. *Pool & Jacuzzi hours are 9am - 10pm. *No animals or pets allowed on grounds. You may see dogs that belong to condo owners. Guest access Enjoy full-access to Casa PAW and all amenities offered at our condo complex. *Our Jacuzzi is open to age 13 and older only, no children in the Jacuzzi. The pool and Jacuzzi are open 9 - 10pm daily. Our 'new' gym onsite location will reopen approx. March 2026. In the meantime, our onsite gym is unavailable for guest use. I will happily cover the cost to use the San Pancho public gym in town (a large indoor gym open to the public). Authorized guests now have exclusive use of private beach loungers, umbrellas & tables on our beachfront. Look for sage green umbrellas. Food service will be provided for your convenience. You must be wearing your wristband provided to you by our security team in order to utilize the chairs and food service, pool and amenities. Other things to note VIP comfort, service & amenities define a stay at Casa PAW San Pancho. Our ground-floor unit is easily accessible with no stairs or elevator needed. We are ideally located steps from the pool, beach, onsite gym (new gym reopens March 2026) and a short walk into town. Casa PAW is ideal for families who seek the ease of our beachfront location. We have 24/7 onsite security. San Pancho is a warm, inclusive community of locals, expats, digital nomads, LGBTQ, young families, snowbirds & surfers, etc.
