Complimentary VIP lux transportation is included from PVR to San Pancho The space BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS: Immerse yourself in the tranquil master suite, featuring a luxurious US-size king mattress (US-size king are longer than MX king - a plus for taller guests). The master suite includes a Smart TV, en-suite bathroom, reading lights, closet space, room darkening shades, ac, a ceiling fan and access to the balcony. The second bedroom offers a US-size king mattress, a Smart TV, reading lights, closet space, darkening shade, ac, ceiling fan and a gallery wall of original art. The 2nd bathroom is located outside the 2nd bedroom. A twin air mattress is available, on request. Both bathrooms are thoughtfully customized, offering glass showers with an adjustable overhead shower & a convenient handheld shower. You'll find large bath towels, a hair dryer, lighted magnifying mirror, Q-tips, shampoo & body wash, a remote wall fan & a first aid kit. LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN: Relax in our cozy and inviting living room, complete with a spacious sofa and chaise. A Scandinavian 'Poang' chair is perfectly placed to relax and enjoy a movie night on the Smart TV with Blu-ray player, Netflix, etc. Enjoy our superb Marshall Stanmore III Bluetooth speaker streaming your playlist. We provide lots of Blu-ray movies too. Casa PAW San Pancho has a spacious feel, with white wood cabinetry and indirect sunlight that streams through for a bright airy ambience. The multi-slider door opens up to our balcony, providing a relaxing outdoor space. The balcony remains protected from direct afternoon sun, making it an ideal spot to unwind. Our kitchen features an oven, microwave, electric cooktop, dishwasher, toaster, blender, rice maker, waffle maker, refrigerator and freezer. You will also find a coffee mill, a 10-cup drip coffee maker, a Nespresso Essenza Mini (bring your own pods), a Sur-La-Table electric kettle, and a UV double-filtered water purification system on the kitchen faucet for your convenience. The kitchen counter has stools, perfect for quick meals or catching up on emails. A 4-person dining table on the covered balcony invites you to enjoy outdoor dining. There is no charge for this. Casa PAW is single story and there are no stairs or elevator required to access it. There is a gently sloped wide pathway to our front door. Mobility impaired, elderly and families with kids will love our ideal location with easy & quick access. Our location within the complex offers ideal convenience to the pool and beach. 2026 CASA PAW RULES: *Maximum occupancy is 4. A 5th guest aged 8 or younger can be accommodated. *Outside guests and visitors are not allowed *Private chefs are allowed with 36 hours notice, chef's name and approval from me. *Smoking of any kind is not allowed inside Casa PAW *Please do not allow children to use markers, paint or glue. *Please have your child wear a diaper while sleeping if they are not FULLY potty-trained *Turn off a/c when you leave or if the windows are open. *No animals/pets onsite or in Casa PAW - this is a an HOA rule. *Please rinse sand off using the outside shower. This helps protect our plumbing inside. *Please do not sit on the sofa or mattresses in wet clothing. * Quiet hours: 10 pm - 8 am. 2026 HOA RULES: *Wristbands will be provided on arrival. Please wear them throughout your stay. *Glass bottles or food containers are not permitted at the pool or gym. *Refrain from reserving loungers with personal items. The security guard will remove items after 1 hour of non-use *Large inflatables are not allowed in the pool. I provide safety vests, noodles, arm bands. *Smoking is not allowed at the pool, gym, or lobby. *Use of the gym is for age 13 and older. Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult at the pool and gym. *Toddlers who are not fully potty trained must wear a swim diaper in the pool. *No children under age 13 are allowed in the Jacuzzi at anytime. (new HOA rule, 2026) *Pool & Jacuzzi hours are 9am - 10pm. *Guests may not have animals onsite.
