Stylish Flat in Hove & Brighton

Welcome to my stylish Hove top floor two-bedroom apartment located on one of the most sought after tree-lined avenues in central Hove. A couple of minutes walk to Hove Lawns, the iconic Beach Huts and Hove Beach and sea front one way. A couple of minutes walk the other way to a diverse range of fantastic restaurants, wine bars and good old fashioned pubs. There are boutique shops and art galleries nearby. Brighton, and all it has to offer, is just a mere 20 minutes walk along the seafront. The space This beautifully and recently restored Hove top floor two-bedroom apartment comfortably sleeps up to four guests. It is suitable for couples, friend getaways together or families looking for the perfect home from home. The newly renovated and luxurious feel of this place along with its high ceilings and original period features make it both stylish and comfortable. It is situated in one of the Victorian buildings on a road with utmost character and charm. The flat has a spacious living room with a 43" Internet enabled BT TV and free Netflix. There is a separate area for working from home and good WiFi speeds. The dining area comfortably seats all four guests. There are two bedrooms, The master bedroom has an internet enabled 43" TV. There is ample storage space in both. Each bed is king-sized and can be prepared as such, however they are hotel style luxury zip & link beds meaning they can be separated to make each bed into twins if preferred. Please specify when booking what your requirements for your guests are. The flat has a modern and well equipped kitchen, with everything you might need for a weekend, week or longer stay. It has full size new appliances. There is a contemporary stunning bathroom with a walk in shower, a basin, heated towel rail and toilet. In the entrance hall you will find a coat storage rack and a handy shoe bench. For warmer summer days, there is also a well equipped picnic hamper, picnic rugs and cool bags - perfect for sunny beach days. Guest access Before arrival you will be given codes to access the keys. If arriving after dark, we advise that you bring a torch to see the codes and also be aware that you will need to bend down to open one of the locks. You will then be able to access the front entrance hall up some steps. The flat is situated on the second/top floor. There is no lift. Once you reach the flat there are two locks to get in. There is a garage for a small car. It is a 1950’s type and fits a VW Golf sized car and smaller. Alternatively there is nearby road parking with plenty of spaces by an App at approximately £8.60/day. Other things to note We are only 15 minutes from Hove Station, or a bus ride, nearby taxi rank or Uber to Brighton Central Station. We kindly ask you to keep the noise down during the hours of 10pm to 10am within the apartment itself. We politely ask you to be respectful to our lovely neighbours and quiet in common areas at all times.
