The space For the comfort of our guests, the property has: - 1 bedroom with double bed, auxiliary bed, wardrobe, and air conditioning; - 1 bedroom with two single beds, space for clothes and air conditioning; - 1 Bedroom has a space for a home-office with desk, chair, and sofa; - Living room with sofa, TV stand and flat-screen TV; - Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, conventional stove with built-in oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, electric kettle, sandwich maker, pots, dishes, and utensils; - Dining table with and 6 chairs; - 1 bathroom; - 1 restroom; - BBQ grill; - Hotel quality bedding and bath (extra bed linen and towels are charged by Seazone); - 300Mb Wi-fi available; - 1 parking space available (the space is limited and does not accommodate tall cars) - The property has an internal staircase with 6 steps to access the living room and bedrooms. NOTE: It is a property of funds and we ask our dear guests all care and attention to our small garden and flowers that are next to the garage; * The cleaning included in the value is performed only at check-out. If the guest wishes an extra cleaning during the stay, a new cleaning fee will be charged. * One bath towel per guest and one face towel per bathroom are available, plus sheets for the number of guests indicated.
