Welcome to the sunny apartment of Evi and Giorgos. Our newly built 70 sq.m. apartment is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood on the green hill in Neo Heraklion and is a ground floor apartment in a two-storey privately owned house. It can accommodate 5-7 people. The space The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living room with a large kitchen. In the first bedroom there is a double bed and in the second, a bunk bed with a double bed downstairs and a single bed upstairs, a large wardrobe and a 32¨ TV. In the comfortable bathroom there is a shower with cabin, hot water night and day, hair dryer, shampoo and shower gel as well as a washing machine. Iron and ironing board are provided. In the living room, a two-seater and a three-seater sofa that becomes a double bed, along with a fireplace, 4k smart 50¨ TV, stereo and home theater 5.1, Wi-Fi 200 mbps, EON tv (Nova Sports & Cinema), Cosmote tv (Cosmote sports & Cinema) and Netflix allow you to relax, have fun, work as in your office, watch the movie you love, your favorite team or event. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven and ceramic hobs, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, juicer, espresso machine, etc., and all the cookware is at your disposal, for the perfect dinner you will prepare as at home. Each room has its own air conditioner, double glazing and screens. On the side of the living room there is a balcony overlooking the garden to enjoy your coffee and access to the garden from the bedrooms. From the entrance side the apartment is elevated and there is a marble staircase to the main entrance. All hygiene rules are followed and after each stay the apartment remains empty for at least 24 hours for cleaning and hygiene reasons. Guest access The apartment is 7-8 minutes walk (800 m) from the central square of Neo Heraklion, where you will find cafes, restaurants, bars, local shops and supermarkets for your shopping, banks, as well as the green metro line that takes you to the city center (20 minutes to Omonoia Monastiraki/connection to the metro) and the port of Piraeus. In less than 10 minutes on foot you can find the suburban railway that takes you to the airport. The A8 bus line to the city center and local buses can be found within a 5-6 minute walk. If you come by car, the apartment is 5 minutes from the Attiki Odos highway and the national road (A/D Pathe). The Olympic Park of Athens (O.A.K.A.) is within walking distance. This vast space offers many activities suitable for both children and adults, from playgrounds and sports facilities to relaxing green spaces ideal for picnics or leisurely walks. For shopping lovers, the apartment is located about 2 km from the Mall and Golden Hall shopping centers, the Kaizen Campus and Helexpo building, on Kifissias Avenue which crosses all of Athens. And very important, for those interested in staying next to the hospitals Iatriko Kentro, Ygeia, Iaso, Iaso Paidon, Mitera, which are all at the same distance of 5 to 10 minutes by car.
