Outside is the patio with barbecue grill. You can use the 1.5 acres outside of the house Guest access You have the gate access with private driveway and parking space at the front of the tiny home Other things to note The property is located on the private road and is very quiet area. No smoking on the property and no loud noises between 10pm to 6 am. Drink responsibly, No Pets aloud. I accommodate all my guests
