Please note we have strict house rules, NO PARTIES/EVENTS are allowed on the premises. We are in peaceful residential areas. Please keep quiet after 9 pm to respect our beautiful neighbourhood. If you like to chat after 9 pm please move inside and close doors and windows. We have outdoor CCTV to monitor excessive noise at evening. Please respect our neighbours and enjoy your stay. B. Outdoor Swimming Pools is not heated and can be used only between 8 am-9 pm in summer. Adults MUST supervise kids at all times. During your stay, swimming pool may not able use during maintenance or service time, or Bad Weather/ Winter. Pool is located outdoor and surrounded by trees. We can only ensure the quality of the pool water (Sumer season) with professional pool service done regularly. But tree leaves and debris could fallen in everyday which is out of our control. Leave can be taken off by yourself before used it, if you wish to. Leaves tuck net provided. The house renovation and bathroom kitchen show signs of used. Some tear and ware cannot be avoided. We use strict cancellation policy. We are unable to change dates or issue extra refund for a confirmed booking.
