There is a Tesla Charger for EV charging. The space The Shasta House is a favorite for its downtown location in Bend, Oregon. A three bedroom and two bathroom 1300 square foot house situated on a very quiet street with a washer and dryer. Enter upon hardwood floors and tile counter tops in the fully equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances. The living room features a 65" smart flat screen television, Blu-ray player and Bose stereo sound system. There is a small deck with seating to enjoy the fresh Bend air. There is also a large patio with BBQ and seating for 6 behind the house. A master bedroom has a hotel grade queen mattress with memory foam topper, egyption cotton sheets and luxury down comforter. Off the master bedroom is a tiled roomy bathroom with full size bathtub. The second bedroom on the main floor is also a hotel grade queen mattress with memory foam topper, egyption cotton sheets and luxury down comforter. Finally, the 2nd floor has a cozy queen mattresses with the same high quality features. It has angled roof line to give a cozy loft feel. There is also a private bathroom with shower on the 2nd floor. A new efficient and quiet induction window AC unit keeps the loft plenty cool in the summer. A very short 8 minute walk takes you to Downtown Bend for all of the fine dining, breweries, restaurants and boutique shopping as well as Drake Park which lines the Deschutes River. In the other direction is the same easy 8 minute walk to the Old Mill District for movie theatres, shopping, dining and the Hayden Home Amphitheatre for concerts and events. Take a sunset stroll along the Deschutes River, which is only three blocks away. Shasta House is only 25 minutes from Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort! Park to right of cables in ground which are located just in front of garage to right.
