Chazelot Farm

Recharge in this old atypical and authentic farmhouse, nestled in the middle of nature in the Hamlet of Mailley-et-Chazelot. The location is privileged in this hamlet while remaining close to shops and services. Vesoul 15 min away with the lake de vaivre or Rosalie, bike rail, restaurant, swimming pool and swimming await you. Besançon 35 min away. there are many steps, mountain biking trails and forges to visit. Attention!!!! you benefit from 25kWh per day electricity level. The space it's an old farmhouse that was a secondary house of a Dutch couple. The house has remained in its authenticity, country kitchen, wood heating, stone wall that gives charm to the house. I will make some improvements as I go. the spaces are large, nice rooms to live in and there is a nice wooded lot. the place is quiet located in a hamlet of about forty houses. you have a smart TV ( you can switch movies .... from your mobile on the TV Guest access access to the house is from the front .
