The space The room is a spacious and beautiful quadruple suite consisting of a queen-size bed and a bunk bed, with a large private bathroom. Located in a B&B that offers five other rooms, each with a private bathroom, the property has several common areas including a fully equipped kitchen, an open-plan dining area with six tables, an outdoor garden, a private study for remote working, and a leisure room with a pool table. Guests can enjoy a private entrance, ample free parking, an electric car charging station, and an external laundry service. Every morning, the kitchen offers a rich breakfast buffet with sweet, savory, international options and delicious homemade cakes. Safety is a priority, with smoke detectors, alarms, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits available. Guests have free access to all common areas of the B&B. The kitchen is always accessible and equipped with an electric stove, kappa, sink, oven, microwave, coffee machine, water purifier, refrigerator, and freezer. The outdoor garden, surrounded by greenery, will soon be set up to ensure every comfort, offering a relaxing and welcoming environment for all guests. Guest access The B&B is located on the bank of a river and is immersed in the Comasque Prealps in a magical location and surrounded by nature. Each common area of the B&B is at your disposal, always with the utmost respect for other guests. Luggage can be stored at the B&B. Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (in case of further needs we are at your disposal) and check-out is by 11:00 a.m. There is no laundry, but you can rely on external amenities that we will be happy to show you. Other things to note In case of any need, the staff is always at your disposal, offering 24/7 assistance. A concierge service is available (except at night) to answer any questions, from how to operate the air conditioning to the best restaurant in the area, from the spa for a manicure to the nearest parking lot.
