The house is set in the middle of the city and it's near the BTS sky train system (800 m.) The house having 3 floors connected using a spiral staricase (not suitable for elderly and childrens). It is also near many facilities such as the mall, movie theaters, King Power(Duty Free), a park and various retail stores. As our property is situated in the city center. Therefore, traffic noise may be noticeable during peak hours, for your comfort, complimentary earplugs are provided. The space The car can drop you off and pick you up right in front of the accommodation. The first floor includes a spacious living room, a kitchen with cooking equipment and toilet. The second floor contains a bean bag sitting area with a ceiling fan, a bedroom with a balcony and a bathroom. The third floor contains 2 bedrooms one with a balcony, another one in the common area on this floor. (guests in this floor have to share a bathroom). A washing machine, and space for drying clothes in this floor. Each floor is connected with a spiral staircase which is not suitable for elderly and childrens. Guest access Guests may use all areas within the residence except for the storage room and the water pump room which will be locked. Other things to note - The residence has a spiral staricase which makes the residence not suitable for elderly and childrens. -This price includes 40 units/day of electricity usage. If more than 40 units/day you must pay THB 8 per unit. - Check-In time : 14:00 PM / Check-Out time: 11:00 AM. Please vacate the room prior to 11:00 AM. on check out date. Staying in the room after 11:00 AM will result in 500 Baht additional charge penalty for each additional hour of stay. - All guests must send a photo of passport or details on passport before check-in. By the law and regulation of the immigration of Bureau of Thailand. We must notify the immigration office when foreigners reside at our place. Otherwise, guests will be held responsible for any fine incurred. -There will be a one time free of charge tea, coffee and a welcome box for guests on the day of check-in. - Free bottle of water/person/day. - Outside visitors are not allowed into the residence and may not use any of the accommodation facilities of the residence. - Marijuana and other drugs are strictly prohibited on residence ground. - Easily flammable and explosive substance and materials, as well as objects with unpleasant odor, are not allowed on residence premise. - Please do not cook the meal with lot of smoke , smell or steam. - Due to sanitation rules, please remove food waste everyday to avoid insects and flies. - Please turn off lights and air-conditioners when leaving the room. - Please make sure not to leave the water running in the bathroom when you leave the room - Please do not leave your valuables, jewelry and important documents in the room when you go out, we do not take any responsibility for their possible disappearance. - Pets are not allowed - This is the private residence, parties is not allowed. - Please do not disturb other residents by loud noises in the room, hallways and public areas especially from 22:00 PM to 08:00 AM - Smoking is not allowed both in the house and balcony. The property is 100% smoke free. (Will be charged an additional 3,000 baht fee if violated) Smoking area prepared outside the house. - Please do not wear shoes in the room. There's a shoe rack provided inside the residence near the front door. - Guests are not allow to modify the layout of the room / furniture. - Please take care of the residence inventory and other equipments. Any lost or intentional damages that occurred during your stay will be charged according to the actual costs of replacement. - We provide clean rooms with fresh bed linen, towels and toilet paper at check-in,and they won't be changed during your stay until the next cleaning service. You can request extra cleaning service at the cost of 800 Baht per cleaning. And cleaning fee will be charged after check-out in case when it's not paid to Airbnb..
