Costa de Oro, Matanchen Beach, Private Pool !!

Casa Costa del Oro is a light, beautiful, brand new home located on Playa Matanchen. Our home is located about 75 m from the sandy Matanchen Beach, one of widest sandy beaches in the area. We have a private pool in the backyard, complete with hot and cold outdoor showers. This is a very comfortable house great for families. Please note ocean views are from the master bedroom only. The space Our home has a great layout with an open kitchen/living room area, private pool in the garden, wrap around outside terrace, his and her outside showers, and secured parking for two cars. Please note we do not accept pets. Private backyard area w built in BBQ and private pool. Guest access The whole house and pool area is private for our guests. Other things to note We ask that our clients please leave the kitchen clean without dirty dishes in the sink. Please note we do not accept pets as a rule.
