This property doesn't have access to the Lodge fitness center, pool, or hot tub, but don't worry--the mountain is your gym, Lake Cascade is the perfect place to take a dip, and you've got your own private hot tub at the house! We always try to note known projects, but we don’t always get a heads‑up about neighbors. We can’t control or refund for outside noise, but we’re always here to help brainstorm solutions if something comes up. • • CANCELLATION POLICY We kindly ask that you review your cancellation policy carefully before booking. To keep things fair and consistent for all guests, we follow the cancellation terms agreed to at the time of booking and are not able to make exceptions (including for but not limited to event cancellations, illness, surgery, weather (including regional forest fire smoke and low snowfall), changes in travel plans, etc.).
