On the first floor, there's a queen bedroom, full bath and den can be locked off as a separate suite, if desired. Outside, you can enjoy meals on the private deck with gas grill, or spend evenings lounging on the screened porch. The driveway has room for two cars, plus there's ample free street parking. Stocked with high-quality linens, towels, fully-outfitted kitchen and new washer/dryer, you'll have everything you need for a comfortable extended stay. It's very simple and straight-forward. * Please note: for stays of 30 days or more, we will provide a starter pack of soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage can liners, and similar. Please plan to purchase additional sundries, as needed, for the remainder of your stay. *Absolutely No Smoking inside the house. Smoking is permitted outside.
