The studio is furnished with a Full-sized bed and a TV featuring cable programming (please note it's not a "Smart TV"). The room also includes a refrigerator and a microwave for your convenience. An iron, hangers, and hand soap are provided for your comfort. Please note, we do not provide shampoo due to potential allergic reactions for some guests. The studio's entrance is private, ensuring your tranquility and privacy. Kindly note that street parking may require some patience. For the security of the property, cameras have been installed above the garage door and at the corner of the house overviewing the gate. Rest assured, no cameras are installed inside the living premises. This space is perfect for a long-term tenant seeking a private and convenient place to call home. If privacy is a priority, this separate studio on the side of the house offers a completely self-contained, private living space.*** Please Note: There is a long-term tenant residing in the final room of this basement apartment; however, this tenant will not interfere with your stay.
