Riverview Cabin on the water 3bdr

Make some memories at this unique and family-owned cabin. This 3-bedroom, 1 bathroom property is great for relaxing. Located right on the Muskingum River with a beautiful waterfront view. Outdoor deck is great for cooking on the grill, and entertaining. Tv and Wi-Fi, no cable. Fishing is allowed with License. Firepit but may flood. Pricing includes kayaks on site for guests to use at own risk. Parking enough for two vehicles. The yard is small. House is close to the road, as pictured. The space Bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and living room on first level. Bedrooms have queen mattresses that are soft/firm. We have a fireplace in the living room for guests to use, some board games, books, and puzzles. Two bedrooms upstairs. Very big deck with a hot tub. Fire ring by the water (this area floods unfortunately so it has minimal items) Fishing is allowed but you do have to have a license. We have kayaks for guests to use, you must sign the waiver before use and they are use at your own risk. You must clean all trash out and put away once done. This cabin is sprayed for bugs and pests every 6 months, please remember it is a cabin by the water, and you may see some spiders, ladybugs, stink bugs, and centipedes. These are normal in this area. Guest access When renting this property, you may use the whole property except the two outdoor sheds. Other things to note Please be aware this is a cabin by the river, we spray for spiders, stink bugs, lady bugs, and other creepy crawlers monthly but that doesn’t mean you won’t see one. The Firepit by the river is made the way it is because that area is prone to flooding. We don’t put high end items in that area. The water is filtered water that is hauled in. We recommend bringing drinking water, but it is okay for cooking and showering. There is no city water available in this area. The water tank does make a noise when the water is used.
