This lovely, yet luxurious private room, on the main floor with private washroom offers a very economical option for any traveler. You will get your own comfortable queen size bed, all clean and luxury white bedding and towels, toiletry, Television, mini fridge and microwave. Please select a correct number of guests in your booking The space This house is newly renovated and located in the heart of the Danforth. 3 minutes walk to Coxwell subway station right on the Danforth that will take you to downtown core Yonge and Bloor main intersection in 8 minutes. Steps away from many great restaurants and local pubs, steps away from beautiful Monarch park. 15 minutes bus to Woodbine beach Guest access The living room, kitchen and back yard garden are accessible to guests. Other things to note I don't have parking spot. However, there is free street parking on my street from 10am until midnight. And free street parking on Hanson street from 7am until midnight, just a few minutes walk south from my house. Overnight parking is at public Green P parking lot located at Danforth ave and my street, just steps away from my house, for $4 from 6pm until 7am. After 7am, you need to move your car to Hanson street or extend your parking ticket by paying on the Green P parking app (parking lot location ID is 173) If you stay for a week or longer, I will assist you to purchase a street parking permit.
