Our studio is a cozy little haven at the foot of Mont Salève, offering a combination of modern comfort and a peaceful natural setting. You can enjoy the private hot tub (available from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.) to relax, the garden to recharge your batteries, and simply take time to unwind in a quiet environment. The location is ideal for discovering the region: Geneva, Chamonix, and Annecy are easily accessible. This way, you can enjoy the calm of the countryside while still being close to must-see places. The space Welcome to our fully renovated studio apartment. Adjoining our house, it is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a quiet residential area. The accommodation includes one bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, a TV, and Wi-Fi. You will also find a living room with a sofa bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, and everything you need for cooking). A dining area with an extendable table is available for your use. The en-suite bathroom in the bedroom has a shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine. Outside, guests can enjoy a fully fenced garden as well as a Jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. When it comes to getting around, a car is essential to make the most of the area. The studio is located at: • 10 minutes from the Geneva border • 10 minutes from the Salève cable car • 30 minutes from Geneva Airport • 35 minutes from downtown Annecy • 20 to 50 minutes from the main ski resorts in Haute-Savoie (Les Brasses, Sommand, Le Grand-Bornand, La Clusaz, Les Gets, Avoriaz, Chamonix) Guest access You will have full access to the studio as well as to the part of the garden located to the left of the house. The hot tub is also available to guests, accessible between 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. A security deposit of €300 (check or cash) will be required for each guest to ensure compliance with the rules and proper hygiene. If you are a smoker, please use the ashtray provided outside the home. You can also park your vehicle in the covered parking space opposite the studio, for convenient and secure parking option. Conveniently located, the studio allows you to easily enjoy Geneva, just a few minutes away, with its many activities, shops, and cosmopolitan atmosphere. You can also discover the beautiful towns of Annecy and Chamonix, which are perfect for a day spent enjoying the lake, the mountains, and walks. In winter, the Haute-Savoie ski resorts are easily accessible (Les Brasses, Le Grand-Bornand, La Clusaz, Chamonix, etc.), allowing you to fully enjoy snow sports. The region also offers a wide range of activities for everyone: swimming in Lake Geneva or Lake Annecy, wildlife parks, outdoor activities, cultural outings, and shows. Finally, you will easily find good restaurants nearby, offering a variety of cuisines ranging from local specialties to international flavors.
