A truly beautiful spot nestled in the countryside of Baldrine. A modern built property giving appreciation to country living and design. The space Our property is a spacious and bright HomeStay consisting of, two double bedrooms (one with main family bathroom and one with a private en-suite), one double mezzanine bedroom with lower toilet room and one single bedroom. The living room is on the first floor with a fully equipped kitchen and dining space overlooking the south facing gardens and equestrian centre through near panoramic windows. On the ground floor our bedrooms open out on to the court yard which contains a spa jacuzzi, sauna suitable for 6-8 persons, cold water plunge pool, BBQ, dining and lounge area. All privatised with court yard walls, which can’t be overlooked from the main property. We have a secure fenced and gated private parking area for up to three cars, accessible only by guests. In the heart of Baldrine, our HomeStay is ideal for those looking to enjoy that country feel, whilst being only a 10 minute drive to the capital. Turn right out of the gates, and at the end of the road we have a Manx Electric Railway tram stop (Baldrine), the main A2 road with two bus route north and south. Turn left out of the gates in the other direction up the hill where we have direct access to the Creg-ny-Baa back road taking you straight to the famous Isle of Man TT Course, and beautiful Conrhenny plantation, ideal for walks and cycling. Guest access Guests have access to the HomeStay House, the private and gated guest parking, and courtyard which contains the sauna, spa pool, BBQ and seating area and cold plunge pool. Access to the main grass lawn and all other areas of the property is not permitted unless invited. Our property borders with an Equestrian Centre, and we ask people to refrain from feeding or petting our neighbours as sometimes they can bite or buck. Other things to note In 2024 we will be taking bookings from April 05, as we have a new and exciting property to offer. We are currently updating our photos for 2024 as we have just renovated and furnished the HomeStay property. Everything is new and will be updated asap to include all internal and external pictures. We will be looking to make activities such as mountain biking, quad biking and horse riding available. These will be subject to availability upon enquiry and subject to insurance etc. We are car, motorbike, ramblers and other group friendly, just ask us and we will be happy to answer any questions you have.
