Enjoy cold water therapy, by dipping your toes in the river Don, then take the short walk into Penistone for a delicious supper at the quaint Italian or one of the foodie pubs. Indulge with a stay of no cooking or cleaning (this self-contained guest suite has no kitchen) then sleep peacefully in this unique and quiet location. The space A self contained front door leads to an entrance with ample room for shoes & coats. A carpeted stairway takes you up to the Guest Suite. Bedroom includes King-size bed, comfy chair, TV, tea & coffee making facilities, full length mirror, clothes hanging rail and hairdryer. A spacious walk in shower and heated towel rail feature in the modern ensuite bathroom. Fluffy towels and toiletries are provided for our guests. Guest access Arrival from 3pm Access is from Water Hall Lane, first right just after the little bridge. Driveway Gate code will be given on booking. Parking is secure and free outside the property Guest key is located in the key box to the right of the door (to the back of the Double Garage) Departure by 11am. Other things to note Tennis rackets and balls are provided so that you can use the private tennis court at your leisure.
