Located 600m from downtown and 1km from Praia do Rosa, our cabins are the perfect getaway. 3 independent and private houses for groups, couples and families. Each includes: bedrooms with bed linen, blankets and towels, living room with TV and sofa bed, full kitchen, bathroom with shower, WiFi, private deck with barbecue, furniture and hammock. Free parking. Nature, privacy and comfort close to the beach! The space Casa Gavião: Privacy and Exclusive Views Access via manual gate to a gently sloping property with free parking. The highest house on the hill, with a private fenced garden. Upper floor: living room with sofa bed (2 single beds), fully equipped integrated kitchen, bathroom with shower, and a spacious veranda (deck) with incredible views, outdoor furniture, and grill. Down an external staircase, a private suite with double bed and garden door-window. Outdoor shower included. A unique nature experience. Guest access All of our homes are built at a height that gives them a private balcony (deck) with a view of the valley, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Our land is large and surrounded by wire. Guests can walk freely and enjoy the entire garden. Each deck has a barbecue, outdoor furniture and a hammock. Casa Gavião: Located in the highest part, this house not only has the best view, but its garden is individually fenced, creating an even more private and exclusive space Other things to note Our cabins are designed for those seeking to disconnect and connect with nature. This means that: - Access from the center is by a dirt road. Then, the gently sloping terrain (which enhances the view) has a manual entrance gate and is fully fenced with wire. -You will be surrounded by local fauna (you can wake up to the birdsong!). Rules for harmonious coexistence: 🚫 No parties or events are allowed. 🚭 No smoking inside the cabins. 🐕 Pets: Allowed upon prior consultation (subject to additional rules). 🔇 From 10 p.m., we appreciate moderate volume. 🗑️ You will find a trash can at the entrance to the property. Recommendations for your trip: - The nearest supermarket is 600 meters away, in the center. - In winter, the nights are cold. We provide extra blankets for your comfort. Casa Gavião has a fireplace. - Capacity: Two of our cabins accommodate up to 4 people, and one has a capacity for up to 6 people. Make sure our rules fit your travel plan before you book.
