Guest access Welcome to Anna Bay! We are excited to have you stay at our place and hope you have a great time. Before all the fun stuff, here’s some rules / housekeeping: -No smoking inside -Strictly no parties / large gatherings. House instructions. Getting in. You will find our house at the end of a long driveway (please be mindful of our neighbours as you drive in). You will find a grey electric box by the right-hand side of the garage door. Open it and you will find a key box use the code 364 You can use this key to get in through the main entrance. Once you are in there is a drawer by the stairs with a house key that can also open the side gate and a garage remote control for you to use during your reservation. Please put back the original key where you found it back in the key box and ensure is locked. Please remember to lock the front door and take the key with you each time you leave/lock the house. This is important as there is no backup and no-one within a 200km radius who has a copy! Check in time is 3pm on the day of your arrival. Earlier access may be possible upon request. CHECK-OUT TIME ONE THE DAY YOU DEPART IS 10am. Please ensure you have removed all of your belongings at this time. Linen / towels We provide linen for you. We have sufficient bath towels available but suggest you bring extra ones for the beach. Other things to note Bins Located just around the corner from the garage. Please empty bins into here on departure. Our local friend Max will come to take bins out Tuesday afternoon and bring them back on Wednesday. Pets We allow pets so long as they will not cause damage to the property. Pets are not allowed in bedrooms or on beds - additional pest and cleaning charges will be applied if this is evident. Please clean after them. Council allows dogs to be off-leash at the beach but only before 9am or after 5pm during the Summer. All other times and surrounding areas require your dog to be on-leash – but you must avoid surf patrol flags by 100 metres. SURF BEACH – Birubi beach (across the road) is a patrolled beach further down out the front of the surf club. Consumables We have some consumable items for your convenience. Please feel free to use these but please also replace them if you diminish the supply significantly. The fridge in the garage is owners only. Books and toys You are welcome to use any of the books and toys provided here during your stay. Please look after the and make sure you look after them and return them to their original place. Air Conditioner You can find the remote in top left-hand drawer of buffet. Please ensure you turn them off when you leave Internet. Wifi: A5B3CD password 21a21a21a Upstairs tv: Remote in top drawer of buffet left hand side Stovetop: Switch on the wall in back right corner must be on. Then press the on button for the stovetop on the bottom right corner (red light when turn on), select appropriate cooktop. Note if you have turned the cooktop dial first you will have to move the dial after turning on for it to register. Upstairs outdoor blinds: Grey remote labelled Somfy in the top left-hand drawer of buffet. Press select button to shift between blinds, left is in for main bedroom, 2nd is middle, 3rd is right blind. Outdoor Area can find very comfortable cushions for the upstairs chairs under the outside couch. we also ask you to stow everything back around the corner when you vacate. Insects There are lots of insects including cockroaches in the area. We have put some safe baits around and provided ant rid as they can be prevalent in summer too. Mosquitoes and flies too! Please feel free to use any of the pest control products we have there. Keeping screens / windows closed and floors clean will help alleviate this.
