The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in the center of Wildhaus. All local infrastructures such as shopping, restaurants, public transport and ski bus are within walking distance. The apartment is located in one of the houses "Im Hof" on the top floor and is easily accessible by elevator. From the large south-facing balcony with excellent sunshine you have a wonderful view of the Churfirsten and the Austrian Alps. The space The valley stations of the “Gamplüt” and “Oberdorf-Gamserrugg” mountain railways are only a few minutes' drive away. The apt. has: · Three bedrooms (two rooms have skylights without a view) · Two bathrooms, one with a bath/toilet with Closomat, the other with a shower/toilet · Kitchen with glass-ceramic stove, dishwasher and freezer, Delizio coffee maker, please bring capsules · Living room with fireplace · Large balcony · Two underground parking spaces, one behind the other · Private washing machine and dryer · Room for shared use in the basement · Ski storage Guest access Access is easily accessible via the underground car park or the building entrance with the elevator.
