Every element of this space, from bright walls to cozy decorative elements, has been thought out by us to create a unique and welcoming atmosphere. ≪APARTMENT FEATURES≫ • Coffee station: in our cozy accommodation every guest can enjoy a warm cup of morning coffee or strengthening tea. • Boho style design: Immerse yourself in the art atmosphere of our apartment, where every detail is created with love to create a Boho atmosphere, with bright notes of terracotta and green colors. • Cozy and bright bedroom: Enjoy a restful sleep with a Queen-size bed, a memory mattress and pillows of two types of rigidity. • Equipped kitchen: Our kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for cooking delicious Italian dishes. In the cabinets you will find spices for cooking. • Air conditioning in the bedroom: Stay cool on hot days in the air-conditioned bedroom. In the living room, where the sofa bed is located, a portable fan is provided for your comfort. • Terrace and two private gardens: Relax under the Italian sun and sunbathe. In summer, we provide sun beds and beach towels. • Pool of the residence: Refresh yourself in the pool and lie on the grass under the sun (open in the summer months, from 9.00 to 21.00) • Everything you need for children: We are baby-friendly. A crib, mattress, baby bed linen, high chair, baby bath and even toys will be waiting for you in the apartment. Guest access Guests can drive up to the residence and park freely in front of it or in our private garage Other things to note 1. According to the tourist rules of the city, all hosts are obliged to transfer the guests' data to the local police. I will personally meet you to collect the data of your documents and register them on the website myself. 2. Tourist tax 2€ per person is NOT included in the price and must be provided upon entry in cash. The tax is NOT levied on children under 14 years of age, disabled persons and their accompanying persons, as well as parents of disabled minors. Check-in and key transfer is possible ONLY if these two points are met. 3. Due to the particular position of the apartment (on the ground floor and surrounded by greenery), it is possible to encounter small harmless insects and small lizards in the apartment. Our neighbor has a small dachshund dog, which in the summer often barks when entering her apartment because she is afraid of strangers. 4.
