Whether you're here for a festival weekend, a golf trip, or simply a stretch of warm days with people you enjoy, the backyard pulls you outside and the open layout keeps everyone comfortable once you're in. Days wind down around the fire pit, evenings drift toward the pool, and the whole property feels like it was made for unhurried time together.   Sleeping arrangements Three bedrooms sleep up to 8 guests comfortably. The primary suite has a king bed, an en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a walk-in shower, and direct access to the pool. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed and TV, with a spare cot available in the closet. Bedroom 3 has a full bed and TV. A pull-out double sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space, and a king air mattress is available upon request.   Living space The living area is generously sized and arranged for relaxed evenings in - ample seating, a large smart TV, and an indoor fireplace that takes the edge off cooler desert nights. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the temperature easy year-round. A dedicated workspace and Wifi mean staying connected is simple if you need it.   Kitchen & dining The fully equipped kitchen handles everything from quick breakfasts to full group dinners. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, baking sheet, and barbecue utensils. A dining table gives everyone a proper place to sit down together.   Outdoor living The private, fully fenced backyard is where this home really opens up. The pool and hot tub are ready to go on arrival - optional heating is available for $75 per day (pool to 86°F, hot tub to 103°F when enabled). Gather around the fire pit after dark, stretch out on the hammock or sun loungers, or fire up the gas BBQ grill for an outdoor dinner. The outdoor dining area, outdoor furniture, and a backyard TV set the scene for easy evenings outside. When the energy picks up, the ping pong table and cornhole keep things going - just note the ping pong table is not regulation size.   Bathrooms The primary en-suite includes dual sinks and a walk-in shower. A second bathroom serves the remaining bedrooms and guests. Both are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer.   Amenities & extras In-unit washer and dryer, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, iron, hangers, clothing storage, and a full set of bathroom essentials are all provided. A crib and Pack 'n play/travel crib are available upon request, making the home practical for families. Free parking garage on premises and a private entrance round out the conveniences.   Location Set in Indio, the home sits less than 4 miles from the Empire Polo Grounds and within easy reach of La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and nearby golf courses. Highway 111 puts shopping, dining, and everyday essentials just minutes away, with Palm Springs and surrounding destinations a short drive further.   Guest notes Self check-in is via keypad - a unique code is issued for each reservation and sent ahead of arrival. Check-in is after 4PM and check-out is by 11AM; early check-in and late check-out may be available at no extra charge if the schedule allows. Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay; a mid-stay clean can be arranged for an additional fee. The property has HOA noise limit requirements - bringing your own Bluetooth speaker is recommended. Exterior security cameras on the property include a Ring doorbell facing the walkway and a non-operable backyard camera. Packages and mail are not recommended for delivery to the home. The home is pet-friendly - no cats; certain non-shedding hypoallergenic dogs considered for an additional fee.   NOTE: Pool and hot tub heat is an optional $75/day fee.
