It is equipped with 2 double beds and 2 single beds (living room). It is fully equipped to make you feel at home thanks to its kitchen. Located just 3 km from the city center and train stations, 1.5 km from the trams and 250 m from the nearest bus stop, this property enjoys an ultra quiet location as if you were in the countryside. The space You enter an ideal landing to drop off your shoes, then you will access the floor and arrive at a large living room dining room with all the necessities. A well-lit desk area is available. You can cook without any problems thanks to the central space of the kitchen and its accessories: microwave oven, dishwasher, refrigerator... (no freezer) Continue to move forward to reach the bathroom, as well as the 2 bedrooms with dresser or wardrobe. Their doors are deliberately away from the living room to allow more tranquility. 2 beds 140/190 await you in each of them. 2 baby beds are at your disposal, as well as a high chair. If you notify us that there are 5 or 6 of you, 2 single beds will be available. There can also be up to 2 cots.
