The property offers 4 elegant bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom 🚿, as well as a children's sleeping area equipped with 2 bunk beds. The space ✨Each space has been designed to guarantee privacy, comfort, and well-being for every guest. The air-conditioned apartment is composed of : 🔹 A bright living room opening onto a spacious 100m² terrace, equipped with a large table, garden furniture, and a gas barbecue perfect for sunny days. 🔹 A large open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing delicious meals. A large table seating 14 people is available for enjoying time with loved ones. 🔹 3 spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), television, wardrobe, and an en-suite shower room with toilet. 🔹 1 comfortable bedroom with a double bed, television, shower, and sink. 🔹 1 sleeping area with two bunk beds suitable for children (each bed measuring 80x180cm). 🔹 1 separate toilet. 🏡 Located in a peaceful neighborhood, the residence offers the perfect balance between tranquility and proximity to shops, vineyards, and the region's charming villages. Just unpack your bags; your beds will be made upon arrival. Towels are also provided. 👉 A washing machine and dryer are available. Their use is included for stays of more than 4 nights. For stays of less than 4 nights, access is available for an additional fee upon request. Raclette and fondue sets are also available for your use. We also have griddles; just let us know in advance if you'd like to use one so we can prepare it for your stay. 😊 We look forward to welcoming you! Guest access The accommodation is private for travelers. 🚲 For cycling enthusiasts, a large corridor, accessible only to you, is available to store your bikes. Other things to note A plus for your stay 🍽️ We are also the owners of the restaurant as well as the butcher's shop – caterer – sausage products, which is located directly below the apartment. If you would like to reserve a table in the restaurant or order catering platters, we look forward to your visit. 👉 We strongly recommend that you reserve the restaurant in advance.
