Guests enjoy exclusive access to the house, without other people or groups present outside of their reservation. Exceptions include owners or team members seeking permission to address matters related to the place, always with the consent of the guest. Guest access Guests can explore other areas of the farm, such as coffee plantations and roads, after consulting with the owners and taking full responsibility. These areas, although open for exploration, are not exclusive to guests. This means they can meet other visitors and agricultural workers who are also present on the farm. It is important to be aware of this to maintain a harmonious and respectful experience for all. The interaction with the agricultural environment offers a unique opportunity to closely observe the coffee growing process and appreciate the daily work of the farmers. However, due to the active nature of the farm, guests are advised to exercise caution and be attentive to their safety at all times at their own risk. Night Arrival: Arriving at night can be challenging, but we'll be happy to provide you with a detailed route that facilitates your journey. In addition, we will be available to assist you until you read the house safely. If you arrive at night, be aware that it could be difficult to find restaurants or shops open after 8:00 pm, especially from Sunday to Wednesday. However, in the house we have a stove for your comfort. 2. Location and Access: The house is located in a very remote area of Puerto Rico, we have worked hard to make the directions to be as clear and as difficult as possible. 3. Transportation: In the area there is no Uber service, taxis or other means of public transport or payment available. Any vehicle can reach the property, however, if you need to rent one, we recommend you select an SUV, if it is AWD or 4x4, better, some examples are the Bronco Sport, Toyota Rav4 or something similar. 4. Restaurants and Attractions: Most of the restaurants and attractions in the nearby area, they only open from Thursday to Sunday. With the reservation we will provide you with a guide with a great variety of these. 5. Property Environment: The house is located in a countryside setting with abundant forests and areas of vegetation, although we have implemented measures to prevent the entry of insects and animals into the house, we cannot completely control the nature, for this reason, we do not offer refunds or accept cancellations due to the eventual presence of animals inside the house. 6. Comfort in the House: The house provides essentials such as soap, shampoo, shampoo, towels, towels, linens, linens, blankets and cooking utensils. Bring warm clothes; temperatures can range between 60°F and 80°F at night. 7.
