Women only: massive bedroom with ensuite

Women only: safe and quiet, enjoy your own locked bedroom with a spa-like private ensuite bathroom in our home. The bedroom is as large as a studio apartment and has a north-facing leafy outlook. Our home has easy walking access to Cottesloe beach (9-minute walk), shops (7-minute walk), and public transport (2-minute walk). There are cafes and restaurants near the beach and shops, and you can also share our kitchen with us. The space This listing is within a large six-bedroom house. Four of the six bedrooms are listed on Airbnb (links below), all exclusively for people who identify as women. The other two bedrooms are used by myself and my daughter. In the kitchen we have cleared a shelf in the fridge plus a cupboard or drawer for your exclusive use, so you can keep things there if you would like. The kitchen is a fantastic space: bright, cheery, clean and organised, and it also has a relaxed vibe so you can enjoy feeling at home using it. The laundry is also a wonderful room - so pretty that it actually makes doing laundry enjoyable (in my opinion). As all of the four listings in our home are for people who identify as women, you will only see other women in the kitchen and laundry (plus very occasionally my daughter's boyfriend, but he is never unaccompanied by my daughter in our home, and he does not use the kitchen or laundry). Mostly you will see nobody in the shared kitchen and laundry, because somehow, miraculously, we all seem to be on different timetables. During your stay Please let me know if you need anything to help make your stay more comfortable - you can ask me either in person if we cross paths, or via the Airbnb app. I identify as a social introvert (an introvert who loves being around people). While I'm not always a great conversationalist, I love the presence of people living under the same roof. You don't have to worry about whether or not the sounds or smells of your food preparation will disturb me - it won't! I love background household sounds and the smell of food. You don't have to worry about whether or not your phone use or singing or other sounds will disturb me - no problem, please feel relaxed like you would at home! You don't have to worry about whether or not you can use the washing machine / dryer - just go for it, the background noise is so cosy. Other things to note One paid parking space is available on site. The cost to use it is AU$10 per day or part thereof.
